Where to purchase a 1989 bottle of wine in Southern California?

Actually, UPS said they won’t ship wine AT ALL. Didn’t matter the state. Virginia is allowed to receive wine according to a law passed in 2003 where VA residents can receive up to 2 cases for personal consumption, [...]
